Charm Joy Der, MA Ed, PHR, SHRM-CP is a wife, mother to two inquisitive and energetic young sons, an entrepreneur, and a community DE&I educator. She is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and aims to provide a space where all children see themselves within literature as well as creating a foundation of love, happiness, and self-esteem for children. 

Lisa Wee is an award winning illustrator.  Her quaint, quirky and vibrant illustrations depict diversity and inclusivity. She has worked with numerous self published authors and publishers on creating picture books for a variety of topics ranging from STEM for girls to self care for kids, and navigating COVID-19.
